Alexandra Kljuseva
Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying

The journey towards healing and growth is not always on a clear upward trajectory. While setbacks may catch us by surprise, they are an inevitable part of life. Part of therapy is learning how to adopt more flexible perceptions of a problem and developing self-compassion when needed. As a therapist, I vow to create a safe, understanding space in which you can explore issues that may be impeding ease and wellbeing. For this, I use an eclectic approach, drawing upon psychodynamic therapy, CBT, narrative therapy, existential therapy, EFT, and other modalities to support clients in navigating concerns.
My educational background is in psychology, health sciences, and spiritual care. I
believe that strengthening one’s wellbeing necessitates a holistic approach, meaning that mind, body, and spirit are all key to working towards a state of harmony. Issues I have experience with include depression, anxiety, self-esteem, family trauma, chronic illness, ASD, addictions, gender identity, and major life transitions.
I also am trained in EFT for couples and welcome clients who may be experiencing turbulence in their romantic or family relationships. In addition, I can provide culturally sensitive care and am familiar with Eastern European cultures as well as issues of immigration and adjustment.
Whether you are set on beginning therapy or in the process of deciding whether
therapy is right for you, I invite you to schedule a consultation to ask questions and learn more about the process.

Through online video therapy, we have booked 11500+ sessions and have helped several clients all over Canada. Book a free consultation with one of our therapists to see how we can help you grow
